Tanbark Shores Guest House

  Only Dogs allowed up to (2) under 75 lbs.  No cats due to severe allergies. There will be a $35.00 pet fee per night if paid at the time of reservation.  Should a guest not disclose a pet during the reservation process, the guest will be invoiced at the time of arrival for $75.00 for the first night and $35.00 thereafter. The Pet fee is non-refundable. We accept Cash or Credit Card.

 Longer than 7-day stays Pets need to be pre-approved, contact us prior to booking.

PLEASE NOTE our insurance does not allow us to accept Pitbull or Rottweilers( pure or mixed) as well as wolf hybrids. Dogs must be on a leash in the backyard, (Oceanside) due to the 60ft cliff, that our house sits on. Also of note is that we have two Dogs of our Own; A Whoodle and a Goldendoodle.

We require full payment up front for reservations.  Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.  All fee's to include cleaning Fee and Pet fee will always be refunded.

We are a smoke, tobacco, marijuana, vape-free zone—those who feel the need will need to refrain until outside the front gates.  

Check-in is after 3:00 pm, and Check out is by 10:00 am

We allow two adults and small children, max of 2 children.

We have a small cot for children under 12.

Quiet time is between 10 pm and 6 am.

There is no beach access from our property.

Fires in the fire pit are allowed, weather permitting, unless we are under fire restrictions in our area.

If you wish to cook fish, please use the BBQ or the burner on the BBQ station.
