Longer Stays
Monthly stays, a 28-day minimum can be arranged for off-seasons months from December 28th to March 1st at a discounted rate. Half payment, Cleaning fee, and Security deposit due at time of signed contract. Guest Must show they have liability insurance with the signed contract. Final payment due 70 days before arrival. In-season stays longer than 7-14 days will be taken under consideration on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before booking. Full payment required at the time of reservation, review our cancellation policies for more details.
Pilot House Cottage
Only the Pilot House Cottage is available for longer stays. Guests would have access to washer and dryer to clean the linens. It is only 450 sqft so one must be able to live in a confined space and still maintain the quality of furnishings we have provided.
