Where the Ocean comes to rest...

 

We started the journey by looking at BnB to purchase.  After an exhausting search, and a weekend BnB seminar, we found our way to the Southern Oregon Coast.  We fell in love with Brookings and want to share a slice of paradise with you.  We feel that the ocean is to be shared, and that is what we are accomplishing by hosting you in our home.

Because we love the BNB concept, we offer you 600+ count sheets. We triple-sheet the bedding for the luxury feel of a 5-star hotel.  We do not prepare breakfast, but we have stocked the room with goodies. We are more than happy to pick up and order from "Fred Meyer's click list" before you arrive.  Our town has many spectacular restaurants; you need to explore. We have a new deck above the Ocean floor, our guests can pick up dinner and enjoy Ocean view dining, something we don't have with any Restaurants in town. We offer two experiences with our view.  If the weather is up and the wind is down, we invite you to share the fire with us, as the Ocean is in charge and the weather is down we offer our 4 season sunporch to sit in the warmth and comfort to watch the sunset.

As an update, both Scott and I are fully vaccinated.  Since the beginning of covid, we have made enhanced cleaning part of our process and now it is just what we do.  We changed our check-out time to 10 am to give the room more time between guests and find this is working well for us, so we will be continuing with that as well.
